Unbelievable service. I brought a 2005 Hyundai Elantra over that had just lost all of its coolant. I knew the car wasn't going to last too much longer, but if I could have it repaired for a reasonable amount I was planning to have the repairs done. After checking it over, Jeff informed me that he could fix it, but he wouldn't know if the head gasket was blown until after the coolant system repairs had been done. He gave me a couple of days to figure things out, didn't charge me anything for checking it over or for leaving it at his garage for a few days. Service like that deserves to be publicly noted!

Absolutely the BEST repair shop. Has always seen my car immediately, fixed it, and been incredibly low cost! Mr. Waterman has always been very honest and upfront, and tells me what needs to be fixed first, and to worry about the little things later. I will only go to his shop!!

I Highly recommend this garage. As a retired woman this is the only place I will go. I went there once and told him I needed a brake job. He said "no my brakes were just wet." I have sent my friends to him. I can not say enough good about Jeff and his employees.

These guys fix my car and don't bullshit around. They explained to me how to keep my car well maintained and have even done little quick fixes free of charge when I didn't know what was going on. Highly recommended. Hard to find a good mechanic these days.

Recently my son was traveling from Massachusetts to Main with my VW Diesel Jetta wagon. He and his friends stopped for gas and accidently used regular gas. The car died shortly after hitting the highway. AAA towed them to Waterman's car. It was late on Sunday and Jeremy, the attendant on duty helped them get a cab and got them off to a safe place to wait for my parents (in NH) to get them. I spoke to him as well and he assured me my car was safe and they'd be in touch the next day. The next day came, and they weren't sure if they wouldn't be able to look at the car because they had a full day of previously scheduled service calls. I understood and made arrangements for picking up the car later in the week. Much to my surprise, Waterman's called saying the car was ready and didn't have catastrophic damage. We got the car that day! It's been driving great since. Thanks for taking good care of my car and helping a far away mom feel like her kids were ok!

Inquired about getting my car fixed from them and the same day they were able to get the parts and had my car fixed in a half the time they said it would take. When I was told by another garage they couldn't get the parts for two to three weeks. Very impressed with their timelines and flexibility. Very helpful and will definitely be going back.

I have had several major car repairs done by Waterman's Service Center, and have found them to be honest, straightforward, and have the repairs done in both the time frame they promise as well as within the estimate. They call to give me updates on the status of my vehicle, and the service is far superior to other repair places and dealers I have used in the past. In fact, I have repair places within walking distance of both my home and business, yet I choose to travel over 25 miles to have work done by Waterman's. I trust their expertise, integrity, and recommendations -- the entire staff is awesome. My car currently is nearing 200,000 miles and I hope they can keep it running another 200,000.

I haven't had a lot of work done at Waterman's, but so far I'm impressed. They are very professional and not pushy at all about services you don't need. In my case, they were able to shuttle me to the garage from my home, which I greatly appreciated. I like that they're NAPA certified. I'll definitely be back in the future.
